PTC India has completed the divestment of its entire stake in PTC Energy to ONGC Green Ltd (OGL), receiving the remaining Rs 254 crore. The total transaction amount was Rs 1,179 crore, with Rs 925 crore previously received on March 4, 2025. PTC India shares marginally increased on the BSE.
